Modula - Design

Modula design is brand new, so new that it is still in development. The inclusion of this line is to give insight into the design process. The line is for hospitality and includes a full room of furniture. As a designer it is my job to design a product line not for now, not for the future, but “always ahead of now”. This product line is for the market in 2027!

In the pictures it shows the need for an expert who can view the existing market and calculate the actual direction that the market is progressing and design a product line that both fits the need and is more relevant to this need than any other product.

Today the designer has a new tool he can use, AI. Artificial intelligence design can be used in two ways. First – it can be used to create the whole design (not a good idea), Second – it can be used to complete the design showing various ways or choices the design could look. The result can an improvement since the final design is the choice of the designer and the client, not AI.
