Hospitality furniture has an elephant in the room, and it is not the big flat screen TV, it’s the bed! My Forma line of furniture highlights the bed and the other furniture pieces balance and compliment the bed with its featured headboard. This is truly a unique headboard for hospitality. The concept was to design a suitable headboard for business guests to be able to complete their work before going to sleep but do it while resting in bed.

 

My design was engineered by Artone and Weber Knapp in Jamestown, NY and features a drop-down desk and a lumber back adjustment. The desk swivels and can be used left or right.

My ideas often come from my way of seeing things, I see the way things could be and not just the way they are. I can’t stand propping myself up with pillows so I can sit up in bed, so I designed a headboard to do this for me without pillows.
